Have you every heard "you are what you eat"?
Probably more than once in your life I would guess.
The world agriculture and food animal industry have changed the quality of our food, and we have to fill in the missing pieces in order to survive and thrive.
So let me ask you this, would the same rule apply to animals and plant life?
It is interesting that we often forget some of the basic rules of life apply to "all" living things. For so many years now we have been wreaking havoc on our food supply by cutting corners on our agriculture methods in an effort to create food more cheaply and quicker.
So what do plants "eat"?
Plants basically utilize light, minerals and water to create a strong and healthy organism that when we ingest it, we derive all the benefits from that plant.
Medicinal properties, enzymes, proteins, vitamins, minerals, glucose, fibre, just to name a few benefits provided to us from our plant life.
But....what if we didn't feed our plants properly, could we expect all those above benefits still? Unfortunately not.
And modern agriculture methods have been strip mining our soils and poisoning our food for so long now that it is impossible.
The same goes for the animals in our food chain, how are they raised, what are they fed, do they exercise, are they sick? We know the answer to these questions unless we have our head buried in the sand for sometime now, but what is the impact on world health when our food supply is not able to adequately supply the building blocks for human health?
I don't supplement simply because I think its trendy, I supplement my diet because I know it is necessary.
Supplementation is used to support a healthy diet, not to replace it.
Make sure to think carefully of the present state of your health and perhaps look at how sensible nutritional supplementation would support your health goals.
Thankfully 17 years ago I was introduced to Sunrider foods.  I know how a change in my diet by adding Sunrider food made such an improvement in my health & my life.  Best decision I ever made!

QUINARY:
One of my favorite Sunrider products!
There are many reasons our body systems become imbalanced or weak including diet, genetics and stress. Quinary is a Sunrider product consisting of 43 food herbs that when formulated properly, help balance and strengthen your five main body systems.
Quinary can be purchased as a complete product that nourishes the five systems of the body, or as five separate formulas, each supporting one of the five systems. When the five formulas are consumed together the results are the greatest, as your five systems communicate and depend on the strength of one another.
Dr. Chen (owner & founder of Sunrider) explains it like this; if you had a team of five horses with one being weak, would you just nourish the weak horse or would you nourish them all and give the weak horse a little extra?
The five systems and supporting Quinary formulas are as follows:
Digestive –Assimilaid
Immune – Alpha 20C
Respiratory – Conco
Circulation – Lifestream
Endocrine –
Prime Again
Quinary is sold in 100 capsule bottles, as are the individual Quinary formulas. Quinary can also be purchased in boxes of ten or sixty 3-gram packages, if you wish and drink as a tea with hot water and 3 – 4 drops of SunnyDew or Sunectar. If you purchase the powder, note there are 10 capsules worth of powder in each envelope. Take as much as you want and any time you feel your body needs extra support.

Let Go and Free Yourself

“To let go does not mean to get rid of. To let go means to let be. When we let be with compassion, things come and go on their own.” –Jack Kornfield

Holding on to pain doesn’t fix anything. Replaying the past over and over again doesn’t change it, and wishing things were different doesn’t make it so. In some cases, especially when it comes to the past, all you can do is accept whatever it is you’re holding on to and then let it go.
That’s how everything changes.
You have to let go of what is hurting you, even if it feels almost impossible.
Deciding to hold on to the past will hold you back from creating a strong sense of self — a self that isn’t defined by your past, but rather by who you want to be.

Some people have trouble letting go of their pain or other unpleasant emotions about their past because they think those feelings are part of their identity.
In some ways, they may not know who they are without their pain. This makes it impossible for them to let go.

It also impacts our health.  Worry can actually weaken our support systems.  Grief and worry is very hard to deal with, I know from experience.

I have found that Sunrider Quinary helps you deal with grief and worry by nourishing our 5 support systems.
Each of the 5 formulas within Quinary support our:

Immune system,  positive emotion: planning and decision making versus anger, frustration and impatience.

Endocrine system: Positive emotion: making things happen, manifesting joyfulness versus lack of joy/anxiety.

Respiratory system: positive emotion: creating order versus grief, worry, or obsessiveness.

Digestive system: Positive emotion: contentment, understanding, sympathy versus worry, rigidity, disharmony.

Circulatory system: Positive emotion: perseverance, vitality, courage versus fear.
